The V10 in the ACE is not the same one as in the E450. The ACE is built on the F53 chassis and it will hold the newer 3 valve per cylinder V10. The engine compartment on the E series isn't wide enough for the larger heads and intake. It has roughly 20 more horsepower than the older Triton V10 in the E series chassis, it'll tow your Jeep just fine. I'm jealous! LOL
