Your problem is not with the radio not having video out: I told you how to get your video out. Your problem is that you are trying to get video into a device that has no video input. Video over Bluetooth is not a thing yet. You can see video on your tablets but only from devices that transmit it over WIFI AND you have to have an APP on your tablet to display the video.
There are any number of wireless cameras you can mount on the back of your MH, download their proprietary APP, connect your Tablet to the camera's SSID and display the video on your tablet all the time.
