No. I just followed the instructions for after ATS installation. The box was temporarily installed so I could measure the length of wire needed for a stress free, wires and me, install. The cuts were made and the box was wired outside of the coach. The box was installed using screws left during manufacture of the coach. I spliced into the original length wires. Then the wires were ran to the ATS. It sure beat doing a full installation in a cramped space. Eventually when I upgrade to a fancier coach I'm taking the box out.
