What needs to be replaced?
I replaced my converter/charger with a Progressive Dynamics 4655 which was a direct replacement for the 55 amp converter/charger that came in the Axis. Not sure if you have the same charger in your Outlaw, but PD makes a variety of chargers and one should be a direct replacement for yours. Search Progressive Dynamics in this forum and you will get a bunch of threads discussing the replacement. It is relatively easy, with good directions and the new unit fits right in where the old one went - with minor modifications. Not surprised that yours isn’t working correctly. The ones Thor uses are junk. Neither worked correctly in the Vegas or Axis. The new PD has worked well for the past 18 months.
