On our 17 Challenger 37 TB the pump is in the wet bay. My pump was shoved up against the wet bay wall almost completely crimping the supply line. I shortened the outlet line enough to allow me to move the pump over.
It's still runs continues to run when the water is off.
The low point drains are in our wet bay as well,.
And the fresh water tank drain is just on front of and below the fresh water tank.
