Rubber roof maintence
My Class C is 5 yrs old. Owned it for 1 year. The roof looks good except one spot where the rubber is bubbled. Looks like it was not laid well next to the edge. No cracking anywhere and lots of sealant at joints.

Do I need to apply Dicor treatment. How long is the roof good for before I should be concerned?
