Mine just started do the ratcheting noise when closing and wont stop. SO ill be working on it in the next day or two.

I followed the information in the video, tried several times and only succeeded in getting it to make the noise in both directions. Definitely not what I was hoping for, do am ordering a new motor/gear assembly.
