Sorry to see all that. I just visited my local RV dealer with my phone in hand using your post as a checklist. All of the things that are messed up on yours are fine on the one on the lot.
I can imagine that the break on the running board is going to be hard to convince the service writer that it wasn't damaged.
The other stuff should be taken care of under warranty.
