From what I've seen when I was at the company service center it looks like the inside walls are just glued to the outer shell. At the "bend" there is a seam on the inside covering the join between the two walls (and thus they aren't bent, just two pieces next to each other). The mechanism for the drop down bed also covers up much of the "bend" area as well.
The inside walls in the cap area are the same wood Styrofoam sandwich that all the other walls are in the RV.
