Yup. Exactamundo. Thanks. I was actually thinking basement sealer on the way home. I'm not sure how I'll dry it out. I was hoping it would do that over time. I picked up some rubber weather stripping and have a temp fix in place (I hope).

The pictures were missing in your post (probably because of the age). Do you remember what rubber gasket you used and where/how it was installed. Something I can look up on the net?
