Sorry for your troubles. sucks. Our first RV is our current and after much delay, research, and time deciding upon a motor home, trailer, or fifth wheel we decided on a motor home on a Mercedes chassis. Although what you're experiencing is a Thor issue on the box I see hundreds of comments about chassis issues. That scared me more than anything. I couldn't get passed camper people building chassis/frame by assembling components.
Luckily we've been very pleased with our 2017 Citation Sprinter 24SR.
