I assume you do not have your tow set up hooked up yet? I had mine done
by the shop I purchased my Blue Ox from and I have a fused wire from the
the battery (have to remove fuse when not towing) that plugs into the brake
unit in the toad. Plus then you have the power source that plugs into the dash.

Also you should have a 7 to 6 wire setup from MH to toad that has a changing
wire to keep the battery in the toad charged.
