Well my problem is I must have a little of everything.
Nothing worse (IMO) than you on the road but you need a tool or a socket (even if its something that can wait until I get home). I like to do most everything my self. Its more of a time saving thing than a money thing (I hate waiting on someone to fix something that I can do myself and do it better most of the time).
So I have just about everything you could want or need for the RV inside and out. Full set of sockets, wrenches, cuters, plyers, strippers, 10 diff screw drivers. Also including bailing wire, zip ties, assorted DC wiring and connectors, fuses, plumbing stuff, AC electrical stuff, multi meter, tape.... you get the idea.
So my list of "must have" is much larger than the average bear.
But I suppose a small socket set and some hand tools would do for most folks. You can alway add to your tools as you see fit.
