Most Thor Motorcoaches have internal water lines and all tanks and the dump valves are heated by the propane or diesel fuel. I know mine is heated that way. There are no heat pads on any of the tanks. If you keep the furnace set to 70 degrees or better and do not use any electric supplementary heat the coach should be fine down to about 10 degrees F.
