This is for tool only, if you don't have any Makita stuff already you'd have to buy a battery and charger too.
And yes, it will break loose most any rv lugnut, even big class A's. Unless you have a name brand, high torque air impact and are running a good high volume air supply at 150psi, this battery powered impact will absolutely be stronger. There's no air compressor/air impact combo that you'd carry in an RV that would put out the torque this tool does.
