Moisture on the control board can cause this. At best it prevents the control board from seeing the flame lit so it times out and shuts down the furnace. At worst nothing runs when the control board is wet. The dealer gets it when it is dry and can't recreate the problem.

I didn't notice your Youtube video in the OP but what you have is exactly what happens to my furnace when rain intrudes and wets the controller board.
