Pet/Wheelchair Friendly Attractions Florida

We have a dog Rosie that is joined to wifes hip. I also have a disabled sister in law (stroke) located nearby in an ALF.

Any recommendations of places we can take sister in law where I can leave RV with generator (A/C running for dog) and visit attractions? We are planning on taking her to Fort Wilderness. I was wondering if Cape Canaveral/Spacecoast may be a possible destination? We need to get sister in law out some which is work for both my wife and myself. She lost her husband unexpectedly in 2018 and we had no choice but to bring her to our 2nd home in central Florida, then find an ALF local. Her walking has improved some but a wheelchair expedites movement and the exercise is good for me.
