Furrion oven and Convection temps

Our Furrion oven digital oven temperature reads about 100 deg.F higher than actual temperature as displayed on an oven thermometer. Same for the Furrion Convection microwave but the actual temperature is 50-75 deg. lower than indicated. I'm used to setting 350 and getting 350 +- a few degrees. Is this typical or is there an adjustment to regulate oven temps? Making a pizza is rather difficult when you set for 450 and barely get 350. The convection has a highest setting of 425 but 350-375 is about all it will give. This has been verified with 2 different oven thermometers. Comments?
