Everytime we go to one of those tepanyaki places, I dream about putting one of those oversized griddles into my kitchen, in place of the typical 4 burner cooktop. really seems like a better way to go ...if you're heating soup or liquid whatever then put a pot on it...otherwise no pots or skillets to mess with
