I’m fairly sure this is the same. If it were not, and you stepped down from garage into living area, the rear living area would be so low that it would interfere with rear tires and axle. And the living area in front of that which is even lower would be well below the cab, and it isn’t.

Thor likely had to elevate the middle area floor to clear tires and provide space for holding tanks. At least they kept overall motorhome height below 11’ which should help a little with handling and fuel economy. Maybe they do read this forum.


P.S. — small window A/C in small garage should keep that area really cold with minimal electricity.
