Jamie is correct as it appears you batteries are dead. When you check the voltage, what you are getting is the voltage at the 12 volt fuse panel at the power center. If you are on shore power and the charger is putting out voltage that is the voltage you are seeing. To check the actual condition of the batteries, you have to turn the charger off by the circuit breaker or the master power circuit breakers or remove shore power. The latching relay near the power center controls power to and from the house batteries to the coach. With the store/use switch in the store position, the power center connection to the batteries is removed and house battery power only remains to the generator.
