Yup, I can install it myself but I'll still have help.

I did consider using 2 6v in series to 12v but if one dies I'm stuck with nothing. Since I'll be hooking up a solar charger, later on, I figured I can keep the wiring to a minimum and, worst case, plop in a car battery from napa or walmart as a temp replacement if the big tank dies.

Later down the road, I'll also be adding an inverter (3000-ish watts) to keep the house going when not on the generator or shore power.
