That’s one item that can lower MPG. Even with a running generator I’m not sure it should lower MPG that much.
Your motorhome is also a bit taller than many Sprinter Class C, so that doesn’t help.

Propane gen. Mileage may be affected by the profile. It's the only thing that makes sense.
