Bug Banner

I'm planning a trip back east in May, and last year, on the same trip, bugs totally coated the front cap. Yes, I keep a good coat of quality wax on it, but it was still a major cleanup job, and two coats of cleaner/wax. I've been looking at, and considering purchasing, the Bug Banner to cover the front cap ($299 for the complete 8 1/2 ft kit). According the the info, after a trip, it can be taken down and scrubbed or put in the washing machine, if it fits. I've never actually seen one in person, so before I take the plunge, does anyone have experience with the product?
