I agree! I didn't use ours the first year but sparingly. 2016 VEGAS. Then read someone commenting that " if the coach is hot going down the road, turn on the generator and be comfortable.,"
That really hit home with me, because the dogs don't like heat that much. And, like you said a quarter to half a gallon an hour (if that) is cheap comfort.
