First, start and run your GENERATOR. See if the a/c unit/heat work while under generator power.
If so, then you have lost a connection from Shore Power within your ATS(automatic transfer switch), found in a box, usually near the entrance of the Shore Cord on your rig.
Otherwise, Two other things to check:
- you may have lost one 'side' of your 50amp power, which is the side that the Breaker for this and some other things are on... is anything else 'noticeable' not working? battery charger? water heater?
- you may have lost a connection at your Main Panel's a/c breaker, itself. Unplug from shore power, and pull the front of your Main Electrical panel off. Check each breaker's BLACK output wire to make sure it is secure and TIGHTENED. Check the 50amp Main breakers as well.
If none of that works, you may have lost the connection AT the rv park's 50amp breaker, where you are plugged in. This does sometimes happen, just like in your rig - a loose wire from one of the 50amp breakers can be loose, which may work 'sometimes', and not others.
