Suggest you read Ed Felker's excellent crowd sourced manual. There's a running thread on it now, and a sticky under Maintenance.
Are you aware of that little button to switch off the booster for the antenna? Then there's the menu on each TV that you have to set to antenna or cable. There's a slim chance that your cable is loose or disconnected, ours go to a splitter behind the microwave.
