In our Class C, we have a small dashcam that we mount just below the rear view mirror. The thin power cord is looped around the mirror's mount post to keep it from coming loose from the camera, then down to the dashboard power port. Small enough that it doesn't obstruct the driver's vision. Ours also has a rear-facing lens that records activity inside the coach.
