See, that’s the problem. I didn’t say or imply better, did I? One is not better than the other, it’s a matter of taste. It’s SUBJECTIVE.

There is a difference to their design approach, whether most of us Americans can see it or not. From my perspective, we don’t scale proportions down to same degree, so many smaller US RVs feel claustrophobic. Our solution is often to use more and larger slides which adds room when out, but makes unit feel even more claustrophobic when in. Again, subjective choices. One is not better than another on average, but for individual tastes, the two extremes makes a difference.

For its tiny size, that trailer in OP looks very open to me. Granted, pictures can be deceptive. The low profile makes it look low enough to be garageable. That would be a big plus.
