The inverter control panel is just above the Thor control panel. It contains an on/off switch, battery voltage , output amperage and AC source monitors. The Thor installed inverters look like the one shown here.<http://www.xantrex.com/power-products/power-inverters/pro-series-inverters.aspx> I suggest the fan noise you hear is from the World Friendship Company's converter located under the bed. It is noisy and runs based on total current draw and not converter temperature.
