What a wonderful gift you gave your mother-in-law. She was so lucky. I have been struck by what a difference there is in the responsiveness of different RV dealers to fixing warrantee issues. My dealer (NorthTrailRV in Fort Lauderdale FL) fixed every issue I had with no problem (and there were a bunch) and Thor was very good about authorizing the work. I see no reason why a dealer would not fix warrantee issues. They make their customers happy and bill the work to Thor. To make their customers unhappy with their product for no good reason is a disservice to the dealer and Thor. I would write a letter to the owner of the dealership and send a copy to Thor. If I were the president of Thor, I would like to know.
