Water valve problem, any fixes out there?

2016 Palazzo 33.4. Our main water control valve is on its fourth iteration, physically replaced three times under warranty, so this is the fourth valve.

Shortly after warranty was up it started acting strange again so I just lived with it. Now it has gotten to a point where I’ll need to address it.

Four position valve,
1) Normal, for use with pump only feeds from fresh water tank.
(Pump runs continuously, no leaks, apparently only ‘internal’ leak)

2) Winterize position, I don’t use that as I do not winterize. Garaged.

3) City Fixture, for use when on ‘shore’ city water.
(This is where I leave it for both pump use when on the road and
campground use when connected to city water and pump off.
Only position where the pump doesn’t run continuously when on the
road.)

4) Tank fill, seems to work fine.

Now however the tank is filling continuously when on city water thus overfilling and running all over the ground making lots of mud and wasting water! Always a concern in the desert southwest.

My questions are,
Anybody know a maker/source for this valve?
Anybody deal with this problem on their rig and found a fix?
Can this valve be user repaired?

Would prefer to not replace this valve again as four valves with the same problem is a good indication that this valve has an ‘issue’.

Awaiting guidance from the elite water prognosticators on this forum, in waterless anticipation!!
