I emailed TriMark two weeks ago and asked about a replacement lock for the zinc one our Gemini was delivered with. I included a picture with the inside plate removed so they could verify the serial number. Yesterday I received via FedEX a new lock assembly less the inside plate. Five minutes later the new lock was installed. It seems like TriMark is happy to help when they are asked.
