The new Dometic waters automatically reset when ever the gas is switched on. The water heater 120 volt relay wiring is probably wrong. It is located at the back, base of the water heater and was disturbed when the winterizing plumbing was installed. The bad news you have to drain the water heater and remove the bottom cold water pipe to access the water heaters 120 volt wiring box.
