NO you will NOT need to purchases any new cables when going from TWO 12V to TWO 6v. Just reused one of the old cables thats about 2 or 3 foot long.

In fact you will have ONE EXTRA cable left over when done (1 pos to coach, 1 neg to coach and one cable connecting from the pos post of one battery to the neg post of the other battery). Were before both 12V the batteries were connected directly to the pos and neg of the coach (4 cables).

I like my Full River 6v AGM's because they fit under my steps with Zero Mods.

All of the Lead Acid 6v that I looked at where a little too tall. Plus AGM's are far superior to lead acid in every way (except price).
