I know I’m a broken record on this but you can’t be too proactive on leak prevention! I’m on my roof every couple of months on my hands and knees examining EVERYTHING. I address even the tiniest cracks. On every roof and side seam, if I can’t see an unbroken bed of sealant I’ll fix it until I can. I’ve had water damage and it’s not pretty!
