I have the same issue on my Miramar 35.3. I have had it back to the dealer several times and no fix yet. If we are parked and I know it is going to rain, I put a plastic bag over the door and tape it with painters tape. Looks like crap but at least it keeps water from coming inside. It only happens to me if I get a lot of water sheeting down the side of the motorhome where the furnace is.
