It was stupid simple. Unscrew and flip/swap the sink drains, cut and trim the long horizontal pipe, rejoin with ~23° bend union. The hardest part was contorting my body into that skinny little door to cut the pipe as far back as I could...
Finding and exploiting unused/underused space is like a little treasure hunt and RVs are like big Swiss Army Knives, the more cool stuff the better!
