Hi, I am not familiar with your coach, but typically there is at least one lockout relay in most coaches which disconnect power to various systems (like awning, slides etc) when the ignition is on. It is a challenge to find them on any coach. Thor basic wiring diagrams sometimes show them. If you are sure you have found the awning fuse, did you see if there was 12vdc to ground on it (if fuse is good it does not matter which side of the fuse you touch with the voltmeter)? Another relatively easy test is to also look for 12vdc at the awning in/out switch. Also you can then verify the switch is good too. Accessing the back of the switch might be a little challenging and others on the forum (not necessarily with your coach) have indicated in the past that their awning fuse is sometimes in the wall near the switch as well.
