Depends on the unit type. When we had the fiver, we bought the "slide out jacks" on 4x6 blocks when parked for more than a day. It take the weight off the whole wall unit so when weight changes- sitting at the dinette and sofa or both. Other items are seal lube, track lube as mentioned and cylinder wipe down and silicon spray - depending on type of mechanisms. Always make sure you know where the manual override is and how to use it.
