One park I am going to mention is pet friendly, however, if has been raining for a day or tow you need to stay away from the dog run because it turns into a mud bog. That park is the KOA in Williamsburg, VA. They have a Kamp K9 with agility course but it gets very mudding in wet weather. It is not just the dog run but the walk to the dog run as well.
Bottom line, decent place when dry but terrible when wet.
