Hi, I assume this is a tank style water heater (not instant) since you mention electric and propane options. Also assume you are on shore power; gas is on and use/store is on.
Unusual that both gas and electric heat sources failed at the same time. Might be a common control issue......like a safety overtemp limit sensor or a fuse on the water heater that has opened, which would stop the control board in the water heater from working. Or the control board itself has quit working. Do you get a red LED lighting at the water heater propane on/off switch? Can you hear the water heater propane trying to start for several cycles before stopping and does the red LED light cycle too? If you have a multimeter you could check the fuse and safety devices outside in the water heater to make sure they have not opened and are stopping normal operation. If you are not comfortable doing this or working around gas appliances probably better to use a mobile RV tech.
