I am guessing that, since the 100 amp breaker was "thrown" that the house batteries were not getting any charge from SHORE POWER or ALTERNATOR..
If your COACH BATTERIES still wont engage the USE/STORE, then I would check the terminals at the COACH BATTERIES, while on SHORE POWER check to see if you are reading 14v+ or 13v+ with a MULTIMETER at the batteries...
The CONVERTER "should" be sending charging voltage to your COACH BATTERIES, it just might take a while to charge from 3v+ (Also dont forget the suggestion to check the water in the cells)
