I guess the good news is, we're pretty sure we have a battery problem. After 45 minutes of charging using the 2 amp setting, I walked back over to the RV to see if there had even been an incremental increase. From 3.x to 12.0. Uh-huh. 45 minutes at 2 amp did that, huh? I then reached over and hit the power switch and "clunk", she turned on just like she wouldn't all day. Walked to the front of the cab and voila, the stereo came on.

My son-in-law and his father both think that at least one of the batteries is defective, possibly having a short in it. I'm going to drive to an auto parts store tomorrow and have them put the batteries under their testing to see what they say about them.
