Thrust Alignment

Well, we put a deposit on a 2019 Palazzo 33.2 that had a front end issue--it would pull to the right once in a while. Dealer checked alignment and then sent it to Freightliner. Freightliner apparently could not figure out the problem and, per the salesman, had to call "the original manufacturer." I can't imagine who that would be since all I've read about these vehicles is that Freightliner is responsible for all things chassis. Am I wrong?

Also, I've read some threads several years old about thrust alignment, and am wondering if anyone more recently has run into this issue and their experience.

Would love to hear from all.

Thanks
