Yeah, thats just a HD steering "stock".... not the same think as Safety plus.
But if it works for you then great.
I love my Safety plus steering stablizer. It will straighten your wheel for you once you make your turn (kinda like a FWD car will) plus making driving on the interstate a joy.
It applys 500# of pressure both left and right so it wants to return the wheel to straight. Its resists turning the wheel (more noticable in parking lots .... making tight turns etc.... but I dont mind it).
