Every car I have ever driven, FWD or RWD does this if properly aligned: it's called caster.

Now if you are not moving the Safe-T plus ( and Roadmaster equivalent) will tend to straighten the wheel as well - no caster in play unless you're rolling.

The bad thing about these stabilizers - for the DIYers - is that if you have your front end jacked up and want to turn your wheels to one side for better access to what you are trying to do - they won't stay there unless you strap down the steering wheel.
