The conduit was not supported at all, nor were the other 2 mounting holes on the box. You should be able to tell from the pic that it was hanging only a few inches off the ground and it did have some scrape marks from hitting the road.

To fix I used metal conduit hangars and attached the conduit to the chassis frame. To support the box I used 3m moulding tape (used for body side moulding on vehicles) and stuck the box to the chassis frame.

Even if the tape fails, the box or the conduit won’t go anywhere because of the hangars.
