Thor has their issues, but so does Tiffin - and every other manufacturer. It’s an industry issue. Find a Tiffin forum and see what their experiences are.
Best advice I can give regardless of brand:
- a THOROUGH PDI - try EVERYTHING. Take your time. And don’t sign papers/pay until everything is fixed.
- a good dealer... as this is really your warranty experience and there will likely be some things a PDI can’t catch.
