Cool New '94 Thor Columbus 325 owner in California

Hey there forum, I just picked up a 94 Columbus 325 for running around California. Here's what I want to do to it:

Remodel:
-Re-cover the window cornice/blind boxes and panels with new fabric
-Re-cover the couches
-Replace the blinds
-Paint the cabinets
-New cabinet faces /drawer fronts
-Rebuild the drawers
-Shorten the front TV box cab and turn it into a middle cabinet
-Hang a motorized ws projector screen in a self closing box on the ceiling in front of the orginal TV box cabinet
-Hang an HD projector in between the skylight and the kitchen light
-Rip out the carpet and linoleum and replace with a floating floor
-Recoat the yellowed shower-tub and sink, toilet is still white in color
-Replace all blinds with the honeycomb style
-Limo tint all windows except cab windows
-Recarpet engine cover/ all of cab
-New wallpaper or paint
-Rebuild the floor-to-ceiling corner cabinet to hold rack mounted stereo equipment
-New countertop
-Replace all lighting with LED, add LED strip lighting
-Centralize all lighting controls
-500Watts of solar
-Security
-Back-up camera

Repairs:
-Pull fridge and rebuild the cabinet and the floor around it since the fridge drain is not working (water damage)

The parts that get pulled will be in good working condition and will be for sale. For example, I might put all of the cabinet doors and drawer faces together in a set for an auction on eBay.

The MH has got good bones and runs well. It just needs to be updated to this century and I have to get that fridge leak under control, but after that, it'll be THE man cave. Thinking slates, whites and blacks for the new color theme, but nothing too dark. I'll take picks from the start and share.

If anyone has tips & tricks for what I described above, please let me know!

Also, I want to figure out how to get that 454's mpg from 10 to 15. That would be a great investment, so if you know how to do that, please share!
